In addition to Bob’s expertise in business and tax law, he was one of six lawyers who drafted the Arizona limited liability company statute. Bob represents a wide range of businesses, ranging in size from small businesses to publicly traded corporations.
Bob has served as an instructor for the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. He presented seminars on numerous topics and previously served on the adjunct faculties of the Arizona State University College of Law, Western International University, and Scottsdale Community College. Bob served for four years as a disciplinary hearing officer for the Arizona Supreme Court. He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Phoenix Civil Service Commission and as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Justice Courts. He previously served as a board member for the Arizona Solar Energy Industry Association. Bob also ran for U.S. Congress in the Third District of Arizona in the 2008 election.
